She is passionate about chiropractic and about ensuring all her patients function at their absolute best, to ensure their quality of movement and life, is as good as it can be. She enjoys treating individuals of all ages, from newborns to those in their senior years.
Anna’s life purpose is to help improve the health and well being of every individual naturally through chiropractic care, exercise, nutrition, movement and postural advice. She is aware of the demands of modern day physical, chemical and emotional stresses, sudden and gradual pressures that force the body to decondition and compensate which lead to pain and dysfunction.
Anna uses a wealth of techniques including diversified adjustments, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), medical acupuncture (dry needling) and craniopathy (cranial technique).
Originally from Scotland, Anna feels at home when surrounded by rural countryside. She moved to the South coast for her work and combines her love of the country and being by the sea. She enjoys most outdoor sports including running, yoga, tennis, paddle boarding, hiking, sailing and skiing.
Anna is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a full member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC).
