Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. Many of our patients benefit from this form of exercise and find that Pilates complements the chiropractic care they receive.
We keep our numbers low as this allows the instructor to really help you perfect your technique and guide you through the class. Our classes cater for a maximum of eight people. Pilates classes are led by Charlie Peck and take place four times a week in our gym:

|Tuesday||5pm – 6pm & 6pm-7pm|
|Thursday||6pm – 7pm|
|Saturday||9am – 10am|
Due to high demand, classes must be booked in advance. Please contact reception today to avoid disappointment.
|‘Pay as you Go’ Classes||£9.00 per session|
|Six Classes||£54.00 per course|
Fees for the Pay as you Go option are payable on the day. These sessions can be booked on a week-by-week basis. Please note that you are unable to block book sessions with this option.
If you choose a course of six classes, these are to be booked for six consecutive weeks and must be fully pre-paid. This will guarantee your space.
If you are unable to attend, please call us at least 24 hours prior to the class. Please note that missed classes are non-transferable.
